ak44's Privacy Policy
This policy clearly explains how your personal information is collected, why it is used, and how it is kept safe.
Our Privacy Commitment
ak44 is fully committed to protecting its users' privacy. This privacy policy describes what information we collect when you use the ak44 website, how that information is processed, and what your rights are. Data Storage and Security
ak44 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep all data transfers secure. Data stored on servers is also encrypted and can only be accessed by authorised staff.
Your payment details — specifically your bKash, Nagad, and Rocket account numbers — are stored in a separate, secured environment. No ak44 staff member can ever view your complete payment information.
3.1 Retention Period
All information is retained for as long as your account remains active. After an account is closed, certain information may be kept for a defined period for legal and security reasons.
3.2 In the Event of a Data Breach
If a data breach occurs, affected users will be notified as quickly as possible and immediate steps will be taken to limit any harm.
