1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ak44 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing this website or using any ak44 service, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms. 5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To meet the wagering requirement, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 VIP Cashback

ak44's VIP programme has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers a maximum cashback of 0.4% on weekly net losses, the Silver tier a maximum of 0.8%, and the Gold tier a maximum of 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on the net amount obtained by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games — details are noted on the offer page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• If multiple accounts are used to collect bonuses, all accounts may be cancelled.

6 User Code of Conduct

7 Account Suspension and Closure
